Scope: Technical, administrative, financial, and environmental audit for the improvement, maintenance, and overhauling of the Villa de Leyva – Santa Sofía – Moniquirá and Buena Vista – Cantino roads, under the Boyacá Bicentennial Plan Conpes 3903 of October 2017 contract project.
Client: National Highways Institute (INVÍAS by its initials in Spanish)
Consortium: Bicentennial Road Consortium (Joyco and Saitec).

This project is part of the Boyacá Bicentennial Contract Plan, which seeks to contribute to the improvement of the department competitiveness, benefiting more than 900.000 inhabitants of 10 prioritized provinces, whose road corridors require improvement, maintenance, and overhauling of road sections, attention to critical sites, construction of new vehicular bridges and maintenance of others, guaranteeing passability and contributing to achieving an optimal infrastructure for the development of the region.
