Challenges
Verify and update the inventory of public use goods delivered in concession and of the investments executed by the concessionaire in accordance with by current regulations.
Present a detailed report to the ANI:
Global analysis of the execution of the concession contract.
Detailed report with the final inventory of the goods for public use delivered in concession and of the investments made.
The values transferred and used by the controller and the concept for which they were paid.
Operational status of infrastructure and equipment.
Carry out environmental and social closing of the contract and submit Final Report.
Delivery of the financial and accounting investment formats required by the Agency.
IMPACT ON SOCIETY
Supervision of the investments made in the concessioned maritime terminal, which is part of the Santa Marta Port Zone located in the Caribbean Sea of the Colombian Atlantic, in the department of Magdalena, in Santa Marta.
