Erika is a civil engineer from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. She has a minor in the construction and design of roads and airways and a master’s degree in Business Administration at the College of Higher Education in Administration (Cesa by its initials in Spanish). 

Erika has a 14-year of work experience, in civil engineering consulting, project coordination, monitoring, and control of the finance department of projects.

Within her role at Joyco, her purpose is to facilitate the execution of the strategy through the optimization of resources so that the company has everything necessary to comply with the strategic pillars of ensuring growth, guaranteeing sustainability, maximizing profitability, and maintaining and adapting culture.Erika has a 12-year of work experience, in civil engineering consulting, project coordination, monitoring, and control of the finance department of projects.
