Civil Engineer, a specialist in construction and design of roads and airways with 25 years of experience as director of projects in consulting, audit, studies, and design applied in road infrastructure projects. He served as a director in the audit for the completion of the Túnel de la Línea and second roadway Calarcá – Cajamarca – junction project of the Central Mountain Range.
