Scope: Monitoring and controlling through the supervision of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) development and the environmental licensing process until the completion of the Boyacá Avenue, from 183rd Street to Guaymaral Avenue.

Challenges:
- Supervise an Environmental Impact Study that illustrates the biotic, abiotic, and socioeconomic characteristics of the area of influence with and without the project.
- Monitor the identification of the positive and negative impacts of the project, as well as the correct assessment and proposal of environmental management measures.
- Monitoring and control of the consultant’s commitments with the client and with the competent environmental authority.
