María Victoria Riaño is a senior executive in the hydrocarbon and financial sectors, with more than 30 years of experience in the design and development of strategic and financial plans, defining performance indicators, management control systems and project monitoring and risk management; implementation of change management processes and culture and leadership models, encouraging innovation and creativity; and definition and development of sustainability models, taking care of stakeholders and generating value. 

Her extensive experience has allowed her to position herself as a reference in high-performance team management with purpose and sponsoring happiness, respect, solidarity, and inclusion. She defines her purpose as working for more equitable, inclusive, and conscious companies thanks to her long career as an independent and equity member on boards of directors and advisory boards in the financial and real sectors.

María Victoria joins Joyco’s Board of Directors with her management experience focused on the design and development of strategic plans and financial planning in March 2023.
