Rocío is a transportation and road engineer with 14 years of experience. She is a specialist in road and pavement geotechnics and integral project management.

She has experience carrying out our studies and designs in foundations, slope stability and stabilization, analysis, and definition of alternative solutions for critical states.

She has participated in the accompaniment of construction, review, and validation of designs in road infrastructure projects. Likewise, she has experience in public initiatives PPP projects and was involved in the 4G project «Montes de María» and the 5G project new road network of Valle del Cauca.
