Joyco announces new Country Manager Perú

Carlos Arnulfo Monje Lombo was appointed as the new Country Manager Perú by the expert consulting firm in the life cycle of civil infrastructure projects.

With the recent opening of the branch in Perú, located in Lima, Carlos Arnulfo Monje Lombo will be responsible for the implementation, positioning, and consolidation of the Colombian brand in the Peruvian market.

«Peru means a new stage for Joyco, as well as for my professional and personal life. During this first quarter of 2022 we have been working on specific strategies that will allow us to boost the success of our company in this country and continue to promote our purpose of transformation, progress, and well-being with quality infrastructure,» said Monje.

Carlos Arnulfo Monje is a civil engineer specialized in design and construction of roads and airports and received the distinction Cum Laude in his Road Infrastructure Master. He has knowledge in applying the FIDIC guide to practice, internal audit for integral management systems and laboratories for testing and calibration, projects audit, Lean Project Management and Lean Construction.

Mr. Monje has more than 15 years of experience in the management and coordination of engineering projects, technical assessment, Lender Technical Advisor, 12 of them have been at Joyco, and has a PMP certification.

It is important to mention that during the last years the organization has prepared its international expansion plan and after a rigorous market study, we found in Perú several opportunities to develop the core business.

The company seeks first to provide its services mainly to the private sector and with a market segmentation strategy to offer creative and innovative solutions. In a second step we will implement projects within the public sector.
